Mindfulness and Well Being
To support our children and you, as parents, we endeavour to explore new initiatives. We live in a fast-paced world where external challenges and pressures sometimes make it harder for our children to adjust, cope and be resilient. Whether it be the transition to secondary school, concerns about their social networks or adjusting as they move through their education, we have a responsibility to provide our children with the tools to interpret and make sense of their world.
Mindfulness provides tools and resources for both children and parents. We will developing Mindfulness Workshops in school, but for the moment, please click on the link below for further information and guidance.
